A. Our Mobile Banking app supports mobile devices using operating system versions of Android 4.1 or Apple iOS 8 or newer.

Q. Will NPB Alerts reflect the same balance as my check register?

A. NPB Alerts reflect the real time balance of what has already cleared your account. This means the balance will not include any checks you have written or automatic debits you have scheduled to come out, until they have posted to your account. A check register is still very important for knowing the available balance you should have once these types of items have posted.
