Accept checks at the point of sale and enjoy the peace of mind of guaranteed payment. Paper Guarantee is a check acceptance service that eliminates the risks of accepting paper checks. Verification and authorization are obtained at the point of sale for face-to-face transactions. Paper checks are then manually deposited into the bank and will be guaranteed if returned unpaid.

Automatic Deposit & ACH Services

New Peoples Bank offers one simple and highly efficient payroll solution, "ACH Manager".

This convenient service allows you to electronically submit payroll and distribute funds quicker by eliminating the normal check writing process.

Features include:

• Enables you to efficiently process payrolls and other payment processes
• Eliminates the cost of paper checks
• Allows you the option to set up automatic or manual transfers
• Savings alerts on specified balances, new transactions, and daily statement
• Allows you the choice of daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly auto transfers to the recipient's accounts

ACH Manager*

Customers may be required to use our Business Choice Account, which could potentially offset the monthly cost for the account, service, files, items and other regular account activity, based on the relationship & balances kept. The program cost will be determined after approval and prior to set up.

Payroll can be processed via online entry & NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) formatted files
